Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include photo evidence so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We offer hassle-free exchanges for size or item changes (subject to availability). Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit once your return is approved.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or used items
- Items without original tags
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For all other approved returns, store credit will be provided.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.
